We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

 

In the exception of a defective or damaged item(s), it must be reported within 2 days of delivered order.


We are not liable for any lost or missing packages once shipped out of our warehouse. Nor are we responsible for any incorrect shipping addresses inputted by the customer once the order is placed.


We cannot cancel an order once it has been placed.
