SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. An additional 3-4 days for your order to be shipped and delivered to you.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, please reach out to us.

 

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

 Lost or Missing Packages


We are not responsible for lost or missing packages. Once the carrier has picked up the package and tracking information is provided, the responsibility for the delivery lies with the carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Ensure to provide them with all relevant information such as tracking number, shipping address, and proof of purchase.

To minimize the risk of lost or missing packages:

• Double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order.
• Consider using a secure delivery location or requesting signature confirmation.
